Snow, Baby! Snow!

Temperature in Chicago, Illinois is at 1 Degree Celcius. Residents of the area should expect rain and snow today as well as in the next few days.

We're leaving for Chicago next Sunday, April 6th. It's unlikely that the weather will suddenly become sunny when we arrive. For the first time in my life, I will see snow. My gosh. Snow. I'm sure I'll survive.

What's exciting about going to a place with different weather conditions is shopping for clothes! We went to Shangri-la Mall last night to search for winter gear. Our little princess was on top of our list so we bought things for her first. We were able to buy a cute little winter jacket for her at Debenhams with tights that match. The jacket's brand is Tiger Lily. We were supposed to buy winter shoes too but couldn't find shoes that matched with the jacket.

We're not done shopping for our little princess yet. We still have to look for head protection, scarves and mittens. Back to Shangri-la tomorrow!
