Honest Hotel Mirrors and Losing Weight

If you've stayed in a 4 or 5-star hotel, you know what I mean when I say that their bathroom mirrors can be so brutally honest. Why? The mirrors are so big that you can't help but see yourself in all your naked glory once you step out of the bath. Once you face the mirror, you can see EVERYTHING. This is why I've started to go on a diet and I'm seriously contemplating on going to yoga/pilates classes.

My recent stay at the Swissotel Merchant Court in Singapore made me admit that, yes, I do need to lose weight and be more fit.

So what have I done so far? Well, I started my diet today. No, I'm not on a specific diet. I just cut down on carbohydrates. I'm opting for healthier options such as yogurt and fruit for dessert instead of the Hershey's Kisses in the fridge. I'm drinking more water today than usual. I'm searching the internet for yoga/pilates classes in BF Homes but I haven't found any yet. There are a lot of dance studios in the area which can actually be an option for me.

This isn't vanity. More than just looking good, I need to take care of myself for my family. Especially my daughter. She deserves to have a healthy mother.
