Where's Daddy?
Companies should really be more considerate of their employees' families in arranging meetings, conferences, etc. and not extend the schedule until the weekends.
This week my husband went to lovely Shangri-la Mactan, Cebu for a conference. He left last Wednesday and will be back on Sunday morning; tomorrow.
Every morning since her dad left, my daughter has been asking, "Where's Daddy?" I honestly don't mind answering her question but I think she already understands the concept of spending time with her dad during weekends because she asked the question thrice this morning.
Tomorrow, Daddy will be back but I'm assuming he'll be exhausted from the trip. When one is exhausted, one isn't usually patient. And us mIsIs mOms know know that dealing with a two year old requires much patience even during play.
